Day 89

Today was a busy day.  I pooped on daddy’s hand when he was changing me this morning 🙂  Mommy gave me a bath in the morning – had nothing to do with the pooping, I had a Dr’s appt today too!  Saw Dr. Gerry today.  She said I am doing great!!  My weight is 13lbs 80z and I am 24 1/4 inches long.  Dr. Gerry and I had a long conversation – she was impressed with how much “talking” I was doing.  Mommy said I must take after her in that department.  After the Dr’s office, we went to visit the Wooden Show Nursery School.  That’s where Grandma Angie works as a bus driver and where I am going to go when Mommy and Daddy are at work.  Here I am in Miss Theresa’s office.  She went to go make a copy of my day care schedule while we waited.  I’ll be doing a trial run at school for a few days next week.  Hope Mommy doesn’t miss me too much!

Day 61

Time for another Dr’s appointment!!  My weight was 10lbs 11oz!  I gained 2 lbs 3oz in a month – mommy was worried it was too much but Dr. Gerry said it was good.  I’m now 23 3/8 in long.  Dr. Gerry was impressed with how alert I was and she dangled this pink fuzzy guy in front of me back and forth – he was funny looking and I couldn’t take my eyes off of him.  She said that was good too.  Today I got some vaccinations – they all came in one shot so I only had to get stuck once.  I was a big boy – I only cried a little bit.  Then mommy kissed me on my check and I felt better.  Dr. Gerry gave us the thumbs but said I might get a fever from the vaccination so I’d need to take tylenol for the next day or so.
